Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 23, 2026

Please read carefully

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nuture app, website, and related services (collectively, the Service). Nuture is a wellness and services marketplace that helps users discover professionals, book appointments, exchange messages, join calls, share content, and access AI-assisted wellness features.

By creating an account, tapping accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or professional practice, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business or practice.

1. Acceptance and updates

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or safety needs. When we do, we will post the updated version in the app or otherwise notify you where required. Continued use after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.

2. How Nuture works

Nuture connects users with independent professionals and provides tools for booking, communication, payments, content sharing, and account management. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, Nuture is a platform and not the provider of the professional services shown in the app.

We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, or outcome of any appointment, call, message, feed post, AI result, or other interaction between users and professionals.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and using your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account.

• Use an account only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement, or if a parent, guardian, or authorized representative has approved your use where local law allows.

• Keep your profile, contact details, payout details, and booking information up to date.

• Professional accounts and payout features may require identity verification and additional checks through Stripe or other service providers.

4. Bookings, payments, and subscriptions

When you book a service or purchase a paid feature, the price, fees, taxes, platform commission, and any refund or cancellation rules will be shown before you confirm the transaction. By confirming, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown.

Some features may be sold as subscriptions. Subscription terms, renewal timing, and cancellation rules are displayed at checkout and, where applicable, are also governed by the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.

• We may collect a platform commission on completed bookings or other transactions where the app displays a commission.

• Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and no-shows are handled according to the rules shown in the app, the booking details, and any applicable payment processor or app store terms.

• Nuture does not store full card numbers or security codes; payment details are handled by Stripe or another approved payment provider.

5. Professional responsibilities

If you are a professional, you are solely responsible for the services you offer, the accuracy of your profile, your pricing, your availability, the safety and legality of your services, and compliance with any licenses, permits, insurance, tax, and regulatory obligations that apply to you.

You authorize Nuture and Stripe to verify your identity, manage your connected account, and process payouts and related compliance checks required for marketplace payments.

• Do not advertise services you are not qualified or authorized to provide.

• Do not misrepresent credentials, availability, outcomes, or certifications.

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and professional standards that apply to your field.

6. Health and AI disclaimer

Nuture may provide wellness guidance, AI-assisted insights, scan summaries, or other informational content. That content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service.

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should not rely on them as a substitute for a licensed professional, and you should seek urgent care or emergency assistance immediately if you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency.

7. User content and communications

You may be able to submit profile details, photos, videos, messages, reviews, feed posts, story content, AI scan inputs, and other materials. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Nuture a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service.

• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.

• Messages, booking records, call metadata, and similar communications may be stored so the Service can function, support disputes, and keep users safe.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Do not use the Service to break the law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or facilitate harmful conduct.

• Do not attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer the app, scrape data, or interfere with bookings, payments, account verification, or communication features.

• Do not upload malware, spam, or content that could damage the Service or other users.

• Do not use the Service in a way that could expose Nuture, its users, or its partners to legal or safety risk.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Google sign-in, Agora, mapping or location providers, and app stores. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, and availability rules. Nuture is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

10. Intellectual property

The Nuture name, logos, app design, software, and other original content provided by us are owned by Nuture or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit those materials except as allowed by these Terms or by written permission.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, if we need to comply with law or a platform rule, if we detect fraud or abuse, or if we believe suspension is necessary to protect users or the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply after your access ends.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuture disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using Nuture. For questions about these Terms, contact the support address listed in the app settings or the contact section of the Privacy Policy.
